We stand behind our products and want you to be fully satisfied.
You may return an item within 7 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
- Damaged or defective items will be replaced or refunded after inspection.
- Custom or made-to-order products are non-returnable.
Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days once approved.

আমরা আমাদের প্রতিটি পণ্যের গুণমানের প্রতি আস্থাশীল এবং চাই আপনি সম্পূর্ণ সন্তুষ্ট থাকুন।
আপনি চাইলে ডেলিভারির ৭ দিনের মধ্যে পণ্য ফেরত দিতে পারেন, নিম্নলিখিত শর্তাবলীর ভিত্তিতে:
- পণ্যটি অব্যবহৃত থাকতে হবে এবং মূল প্যাকেজিংয়ে থাকতে হবে।
- ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত বা ত্রুটিপূর্ণ পণ্য আমাদের টিমের পরিদর্শনের পর রিপ্লেস বা রিফান্ড করা হবে।
- কাস্টম বা অর্ডার অনুযায়ী তৈরি পণ্য ফেরতযোগ্য নয়।
- রিফান্ড অনুমোদনের পর ৭–১০ কর্মদিবসের মধ্যে প্রসেস করা হবে।
